#COOKING : Dates Smoothie

I avoid having super sweets takjil for breakfasting. But I need something sweet to re-energize my body after seharian puasa. Eating dates is a good choice tapi kan bosen dong makan kurma terus. Nah..bikin kurma smoothie aja yuk. Dates Smoothie super yummy ini asiik banget untuk berbuka puasa. Dijamin langsung berenergi lagi dan kenyaangg bgt! Buat yang lagi healthy diet ini cocok banget πŸ˜‰

How to :
β€’ 1 cup dates (buang bijinya)
β€’ 250ml almond milk/soy milk
β€’ 2 banana
β€’ Pinch of cinnamon
β€’ 1 scoop of protein shake powder
β€’ Blend together until it gets smooth

Pour in a cute glass or mug and sprinkles with cinnamon powder….yuuumm
