This is it! After about 3 months of not working out and eat unhealthy food, this time I promise to myself to start a healthy life again. I suffered from vertigo and my rhinitis is getting worse in this rainy cold season. Tummy doesn’t feel rights too because I ate too much junk foods and sugar. Geezz..I have to change and balance my life and I don’t want to wait until new year to start a healthy change. NO MORE WAITING!!
Today is my 2nd day of working out. The 1st day I did some yoga from Tone It Up and today I ran with my brother. 2KM yaaayy!! Burn those fats!! LOL
Hopefully this will become a good habit of mine. Do you make any change too before new year? Or do you prefer to wait until new year to make some changes or resolutions?
